If we cancel an order after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.

4. Personalised Products

All Bailey & Co personalised products are created specifically for each customer using the information, photographs, and personalisation details provided.

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of personalised products, minor variations may occur, including:

  • slight colour differences;

  • small variations in positioning;

  • differences between website previews and final products;

  • natural variations during manufacturing.

These variations do not constitute defects where the product reasonably matches the order placed.

5. Customer-Submitted Images & Personalisation

By submitting photographs or personalisation details, you confirm that:

  • the information provided is accurate.

You grant Bailey & Co permission to use submitted images solely for the purposes of:

  • processing your order;

  • manufacturing and fulfilling your purchase;

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images.

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, offensive, inappropriate, or infringes another person's rights.

6. Photo Quality Requirements

The quality of your finished product depends heavily on the quality of the image provided.

For the best possible result, customers should provide:

  • high-resolution photographs;

  • clear images;

  • good lighting;

  • a visible subject.

Bailey & Co is not responsible for reduced quality caused by:

  • blurry images;

  • low-resolution photographs;

  • excessive cropping;

  • poor lighting;

  • unsuitable images provided by the customer.

7. Product Appearance & Colours

We make every effort to display our products accurately.

However, colours may vary slightly due to:

  • differences between screens and devices;

Minor differences in colour or appearance do not qualify as defects.

8. Pricing & Payment

Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

We will always try to assist where possible, but changes or cancellations may not be available once production has started.

11. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidance only.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • weather conditions;

  • circumstances outside our control.

Bailey & Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other events outside our reasonable control.

12. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because Bailey & Co products are personalised and created specifically for each customer, change-of-mind cancellations and returns may not be available where permitted by applicable law.
